Jae-Hyo Seo

Jae-Hyo Seo served as an investigator in the South Korean prosecution from 1995 to 2009, beginning at the Suwon District Prosecutor’s Office and later working at the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office. Afterward, he worked as a consultant at the law firms Dadam and Pyeongsan Law LLC from 2011 to 2020. He then, worked at the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation.

Seongjin Kim

Seongjin Kim has served as an attorney at Shin & Kim LLC in Seoul since December 2024. From November 2021 to October 2024, Mr. Kim served as a Prosecutor in the Corruption Investigation Office for High Ranking Officials where he investigated and prosecuted the corruption related crimes of a number of high-ranking government officials. From January 2020 to October 2021, Mr. Kim served as an attorney at the Law Group Minju in Seoul. Mr. Kim also previously served as a military judicial officer and through this experience gained significant knowledge in advising clients, litigation, and defense related projects. In particular, he dealt with various legal issues arising from the entire process of acquiring, maintaining, and repairing large-scale weapons systems through the work of the Defense Acquisition Program Administration and the Naval Military Command. When working for the joint investigation team and the prosecution team of the Ministry of National Defense, he conducted investigations related to defense projects and gained expertise in prior risk management and investigation response of companies.

Mr. Kim received a BA in Law from Han-Yang University in 2010.

Young-Soo Choi  

Young-Soo Choi is a certified tax accountant with over 40 years of experience in taxation, auditing, and public finance. He served in the Korean National Tax Service for 24 years and has held executive roles in various accounting firms, including as a representative tax accountant at multiple firms. From July 2024 to the present, Mr. Choi has served as a Managing Tax Accountant at Hana Tax Corporation. From December 2015 until January 2024, Mr. Choi served as a Managing Tax Accountant at Able Tax Corporation. Mr. Choi has also acted as an audit committee member at several corporations, bringing deep expertise in internal controls and financial transparency.
